Job Description
We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer to join our team. As an AI Engineer specializing in Generative AI, you will be at the forefront of deploying cutting-edge GenAI, LLM models and document processing technologies to transform unstructured data into valuable insights. We are seeking a skilled AI Engineer to join our team and lead efforts in extracting and structuring data from diverse sources such as PDFs, Word documents, Excel files, and images.
Location : New Jersey
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI models and algorithms to extract information from unstructured data sources (pdf documents, excel, images and videos
- Design and build pipelines to convert unstructured data into structured formats
- Collaborate with data scientists and other stakeholders to integrate solutions into existing systems
- Conduct data preprocessing, cleaning, and transformation to prepare datasets for analysis
- Utilize natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision techniques to enhance data extraction processes
- Participate in special projects and perform additional duties as required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of study required (e.g. Computer Science, Data Analytics, Applied Mathematics, etc.)
- Certifications related to AI and machine learning required
- 5 years of experience in AI with 2 yrs in Generative AI field required
- Previous experience in deploying AI solutions within large enterprises required
- Experience with analysis and extraction of information using Azure or AWS or Google technologies required
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks required
- Excellent communications skills both written and verbal
- CHAT GPT, Copilot
- Azure Form Recognizer, Azure Computer Vision, Azure Cognitive Services or related services
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 required
- Strong work ethic and a sense of ownership of work
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in Insurance Industry is preferred
