IT Support Analyst

Job Description

We are offering an exciting opportunity for an IT Support Analyst based in  Pennsylvania. This role lies within the IT industry, where you will be providing advanced service desk support to a team.

Responsibilities:

• Providing troubleshooting solutions for Level 1/Level 2 Help desk issues.
• Configuration and deployment of laptops for users.
• Administration and troubleshooting of iManage DMS.
• Implementing Conditional Access Policies via Microsoft In Tune.
• Software deployment to endpoints using In Tune.
• Management of Active Directory, including user creation, security group management, and managing OU’s.
• Exchange Online management, such as creating and managing distribution groups, office 365 groups, applying retention policies, and delegating access to shared mailboxes.
• Managing phone numbers for end users on Microsoft Teams.
• Overseeing printer management, including the deployment of new printers, and adding and sharing printers via a Windows Print server.
• Providing AV Support and Troubleshooting for Conference Rooms.
• Assisting with various IT-related projects as needed.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Android Development is required for troubleshooting and software implementation tasks.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Cisco Technologies for managing network and telecommunication systems.
• Familiarity with Citrix Technologies to provide virtualization solutions and cloud services.
• Strong understanding of Computer Hardware to diagnose, repair and maintain equipment.
• Expertise in Dell Technologies for server management and infrastructure solutions.
• Experience with Active Directory for managing networked resources.
• Ability to support and troubleshoot Apple Devices, including Macs, iPhones, and iPads.
• Proficiency in Backup Technologies to ensure data safety and recovery.
• Experience with Configuration Management to control system versions and maintain software consistency.
